Constant funding allows the Church to plan for its expenses, carry out and develop programs to continue the mission of Christ through His Church and maintain outreach activities to help those in need. Through our weekly offering at Sunday Mass we take the fruits of our labours and offer them to God in gratitude for all that He has given us as a gift.
In order to assist you in your financial support to your church community for the coming year, we have put together three suggestions. By selecting one of these options, you will be assisting us in forecasting our income and allow us to better plan the budgets available for our ongoing programs and projects. It will also allow us to issue you a tax receipt (annually) for your generous contributions. If you are interested in being a part of our giving program, please fill out a Form here and a Pre-Authorized Giving Authorization Form in the next part. Or you can drop by the office to pick up the forms.

The PAG method of planned giving works like this:
1. You fill in the PAG Authorization Form pledging a set donation amount that will be withdrawn from your bank account monthly.
2. Draw a line through a cheque from your chequing account and write the word VOID across the front of the cheque.
3. Place the PAG form with the Void cheque into an envelope. Then either drop it into the collection basket at the next Mass you attend or bring it to the Parish office.
Beginning on the 20th of the month following its receipt, the amount you have pledged will be automatically withdrawn from your account. Tax receipts will be issued for your total donation, once per year.

Credit Card method of planned giving is similar to that of the Bank Account method, with the following differences: you fill in the Credit Card section of your PAG Form, pledging a set donation amount that will be charged to your credit card monthly. Again, you can place the PAG form into the collection basket at the next Mass you attend or bring it to the Parish office.
Same as the Bank Account, the amount you pledged will be taken from your credit card each month on the 20th. Tax receipts will be issued for your total donation, once per year. This donation method would replace your regular cash donation during the weekly collection.

This, of course, is our more traditional method for planned giving. Church envelopes for the year are available to be picked up at the Parish Office. When you start to use your envelopes, please be sure to PRINT your name and address so that you receive credit for your donations. Do this for the first few envelopes to make sure we have the proper information. Please place your weekly offering into the envelope and place it into the collection box during the Mass.
